Sat phone message this lunchtime. All on board well and enjoying every minute of the race. Saw huge school of Dolphins this morning. They are now freed off after wind gone due west pointing directly at the Rock now. Has given the crew a little respite after living at an acute angle since Sunday lunchtime! Lunch today was Home -made cheese and onion pasties with beans and dinner tonight is Chick-pea tagine with Couscous....
